Our company undertakes the monitoring of standards systems (ISO) required for annual inspections by certification bodies.
The tasks that occur during monitoring include:
- Internal Audit to detect non-compliance.
- Instructions to resolve the findings of the internal audit or prior audit by the certification body.
- Monitor the performance indicators of the system(s) that the company has.
- Presence on the day the certification body conducts the inspection.
- Any modifications that may be required to optimally operate the standards system(s).
