Women’s Stories that Inspire – CLIMB Project
As part of the European CLIMB Project and WP2 – Research & Good Practice Mapping, real experiences and insights from organizations supporting women’s entrepreneurship across Greece are being highlighted.
Athanasia Ioannidou, Director of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Greece (SEGE), shares her experience working with women entrepreneurs throughout the country, highlighting the challenges they face in accessing funding, support networks, and digital skills development.
Through the work of SEGE, the importance of training, mentoring, and networking emerges as a key driver for empowering women and supporting the creation of sustainable businesses in rural and mountainous areas.
