
OBJECTIVE
EMPOWER is a European project that strengthens media literacy, digital resilience, and emotional intelligence through an inclusive multilingual educational platform. The project helps people identify misinformation, understand digital risks, and navigate online environments more safely and confidently.
EMPOWER combines competence-based learning, AI-supported personalization, and community-driven outreach to support diverse groups across Europe. Its resources are designed for educators, youth workers, journalists, NGOs, policymakers, and community members.
The project is implemented by a transnational consortium committed to practical, inclusive, and sustainable communication. EMPOWER aims to build a stronger European ecosystem for informed participation, digital safety, and resilience.
EMPOWER develops tools and resources that support media literacy, emotional awareness, scam prevention, and responsible participation in digital society.
PROJECT GOALS

TARGET GROUP
- Target Group I: Youth (university students and school pupils)
- Target Group II: Adult citizens, including internally displaced individuals
- Target Group III: Displaced individuals and migrants
- Target Group IV: Marginalized populations and socially disadvantaged groups
- Target Group V: Academic staff and media literacy trainers
- Target Group VI: Elderly populations

Consortium
The EMPOWER consortium brings together partners from Estonia, Latvia, the Netherlands, Greece, Hungary, and Ukraine. The partnership combines expertise in media literacy, education, community engagement, digital learning, policy dissemination, and public communication.
