Training for Digital Inclusion & Professional Development
In today’s work environment, the ability to use digital technologies is now a fundamental requirement for professional inclusion. This is especially true for individuals belonging to vulnerable social groups and for unemployed people, who risk being excluded from the job market due to a lack of digital skills.
Unemployed adults who lack technological experience often struggle to meet the new demands of the job market. However, the transition to the digital economy is not just a challenge – it can become a real opportunity for a fresh start, provided there is appropriate support.
At OECON GROUP, through the European project Digital Inclusion VET, specifically addresses this need to:
➡️ Enhance the quality of vocational education and training (VET)
➡️ Develop the digital skills of educators
➡️ Create training programs that meet the needs of unemployed individuals
The goal is not just to provide knowledge, but to empower, socially include, and ensure the meaningful participation of everyone in the future job market.
