Final Transnational Project Meeting of the Green Transitions Consortium

On Tuesday, 18 November 2025, the Green Transitions partners gathered in Amadora, Portugal, for the final transnational project meeting, hosted by Aproximar.

During the session, partners reviewed the project’s outcomes, discussed the final improvements needed for the completion of all materials, and focused on future sustainability practices to ensure long-term impact beyond the project’s lifetime.

A big thank-you to Aproximar for the warm hospitality and to all partners for the strong collaboration throughout this journey. Together, we are paving the way for greener, more inclusive learning opportunities.
