New European Project | VISTA (Vocational Inclusion & Skills Training for People with Visual Impairments)

OECON GROUP is pleased to announce its participation in the European project VISTA, an ambitious initiative aiming to create a more accessible and inclusive Vocational Education and Training (VET) system for people with visual impairments.

The project’s main objective is to enhance the employability of young people aged 18–25 with visual impairments through:

• innovative assistive technologies,
• AI-based career guidance and skills development tools,
• and the promotion of best practices in digital accessibility and inclusion.

VISTA is implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme (Cooperation Partnerships in VET) and brings together organisations from 7 European countries, united by a shared vision of equal access to education and employment.

Project duration: 01/12/2025 – 30/11/2028
