International Conference “Inclusive Apprenticeships” – Together for Inclusive Vocational Training in Europe

We are pleased to invite you to the International Online Conference of the Erasmus+ project “Inclusive Apprenticeships for Sustainable Jobs”, which will take place on 20 November 2025.

This event marks the completion of the project activities and provides a space for dialogue and professional reflection among stakeholders in Vocational Education and Training (VET).

The conference aims to highlight the partners’ experiences and strengthen cooperation among organisations that support apprenticeship, mentoring, and inclusion in vocational training programmes.

It will offer innovative, international perspectives, sharing results, good practices, and concrete solutions that can contribute to the modernisation and development of apprenticeship and mentoring programmes across Europe.

• Presentation of project results by partners from Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania

About the Project

Inclusive Apprenticeships for Sustainable Jobs is a project co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme – Cooperation Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training (VET), Project code: 2023-1-RO01-KA220-VET-000158142.

The initiative focuses on developing practical, inclusive, and labour-market-relevant solutions for vocational training across Europe.

Through joint activities in Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania, the partners have created a mentor training programme, an e-learning platform, and open educational resources for organisations active in education and employment.

The project promotes the idea that inclusive apprenticeship goes beyond integration — it means recognising diversity and providing personalised support for every learner.
