How Social Exclusion Affects Individuals | INCLUSIVE APPRENTICESHIPS
Social exclusion is a complex phenomenon with significant consequences for those who experience it.
Specifically, social exclusion can lead to:
- Loss of motivation and a sense of helplessness
- Limited access to education, employment, and healthcare
- Social isolation and stigmatization
- Psychosomatic effects on health
- Fewer opportunities for growth and development
The first module of the European Inclusive Apprenticeships program trains mentors to understand these challenges and provide effective support to those facing exclusion.
At OECON GROUP, we believe that understanding is the first step toward social change, and our participation in the program aims to break down every barrier standing in its way.
