Discover the Good Practices Guide of the European WIN Project

📣 The WIN project takes its first big step with the publication of the 1st Newsletter!

📘 In it you will find a Good Practice Guide, which is a useful tool to build more welcoming and inclusive environments for people with neurodiversity. The guide includes simple examples, challenges and suggestions for educators, employers, institutions and policy makers.

🔜 In addition, a three-day training activity is being prepared in Slovenia, where adult educators from all over Europe will meet. The aim is to learn how to better support neurodiverse people in education and at work.

OECON GROUP is proud to be an active participant in the WIN project, which promotes inclusion and equality in the workplace and in adult education, with a focus on people with neurodiversity. Through specific actions and training tools, the project helps to create fairer and friendlier working environments for all.
