📢 OECON GROUP is participating in the European project Green4ADU, which aims to empower adult learners who want to develop green skills!

🌱 How can we enhance adult education to build a more sustainable future?
We aim to achieve this through:

✅ The development of a learning pathway focused on critical environmental challenges and preparing learners for the green labor market.
✅ Local workshops that combine theory and practice, strengthening both green and transversal skills of participants.
✅ Policy recommendations for local authorities, based on collaboration between educators and adults with low skill levels.
