
OBJECTIVE
The “IMMiNTE” project directly addresses the selected priorities by developing a comprehensive vocational education and training (VET) package that is tailored to the evolving needs of the hospitality and tourism sector. The project creates upskilling and reskilling pathways through specialized language courses and job-specific training modules, which ensure that immigrant workers gain the essential skills and competencies required by the labor market. These modules are designed to close skill gaps and enhance employability, while the integration of an interactive simulation game offers practical, hands-on experience that reinforces learning in real-world scenarios. In detail, the project objectives aim to:
- Empower and reskill immigrants with vocational skills to thrive in the HORECO sector.
- Equip HORECO sector withnecessary skills to create a diverse workforce by enhancing service quality and ensuring cultural transition.
- Raise awareness among decision-makers about the value of a diverse workforce
