CLIMB Project – Empowering women to climb the entrepreneurial mountains in remote areas

Happy International Mountain Day! Every year on December 11, we celebrate the beauty and importance of mountains and the communities that call them home.

At OECON GROUP, we mark this day with the launch of the CLIMB Project – Empowering Women to Climb the Entrepreneurial Mountains in Remote Areas.

What is CLIMB?

CLIMB is an Erasmus+ initiative that aims to empower women in rural and mountainous regions by:

– Enhancing entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and digital competencies
– Creating a Digital Learning Hub and networking platform
– Providing training modules, mentorship, and best practice resources
– Promoting gender-inclusive rural development and combating depopulation

Together with partners from Italy, Greece, Spain, Cyprus, and Turkey, we are building opportunities for women to thrive in remote areas and lead sustainable businesses.
