Through the European project Inclusive Apprenticeships and the innovative platform created within it, OECON GROUP offers free online courses for mentors supporting apprentices with fewer opportunities. 

Follow these steps to get started: 

1️⃣ Visit the platform:

2️⃣ Choose your language:
The platform is multilingual, so you can learn in your preferred language. 

3️⃣ Create an account or log in:
Register for free if you don’t already have an account to access all courses. 

4️⃣ Select a course:
The platform offers 12 modules covering social inclusion, learner support, and mentor skills development. 

5️⃣ Complete the initial self-assessment:
Check your current knowledge before you begin. 

6️⃣ Learn at your own pace:
Watch videos, read guides, and download training materials as you progress. 

7️⃣ Take the final self-assessment:
Evaluate your progress and reflect on what you have learned. 

8️⃣ Get your certificate:
