OECON GROUP is actively participating in the AGRITECH Project, which aims, among other things, to shape the new professional profile of the AGRITECH Manager:

• a professional who will drive the agri-food sector through the digital and green transition

Through extensive research and collaboration with stakeholders from education, research, industry, and policy, the AGRITECH Manager Competency Framework has been created – a comprehensive tool outlining the skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed by the next generation of leaders in agriculture.
