How We Strengthen the Understanding & Inclusion of Neurodiverse People

Although awareness of neurodiversity is growing, social stigma remains a major barrier to full inclusion in both employment and society. 

At OECON GROUP, through the WIN – Work Inclusion for Neurodiversity project, we take a holistic approach to this issue, offering concrete solutions: 

Awareness & Education:
Campaigns that explain what autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent conditions are — aiming to dismantle myths and misconceptions. 

Employer & HR Training:
Programs that promote inclusive practices and foster understanding of the unique strengths and preferences of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. 

Empowerment of Neurodivergent People:
Through mentoring, support, and tools that strengthen self-awareness, confidence, and self-advocacy. 

Creation of Inclusive Work Environments:
Adapting recruitment processes, communication styles, and workplace structures to fully leverage the potential of all employees. 

Fighting stigma begins with understanding — and leads to acceptance and inclusion.
We all have a place in society and the workforce — with our differences.
