🎯 The WIN Project – Workplace Inclusion: Neurodiversity is an innovative EU-funded initiative that promotes more inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent individuals through targeted actions:

✅ Training programs for employers, educators, and support staff, based on the best European practices.

✅ A mentoring program for neurodivergent adults, enhancing their integration into the workplace.

✅ A digital platform/app for matching skills with employment opportunities.

✅ An awareness campaign to combat stereotypes and promote equal opportunities.
