Training for Digital Inclusion & Professional Development
🔍 In today’s work environment, the ability to use digital technologies is now a fundamental requirement for professional inclusion. This is especially true for individuals belonging to vulnerable social groups and for unemployed people, who risk being excluded from the job market due to a lack of digital skills.
👥 Unemployed adults who lack technological experience often struggle to meet the new demands of the job market. However, the transition to the digital economy is not just a challenge – it can become a real opportunity for a fresh start, provided there is appropriate support.
📌 At OECON GROUP, through the European project Digital Inclusion VET, specifically addresses this need to:
➡️ Enhance the quality of vocational education and training (VET)
➡️ Develop the digital skills of educators
➡️ Create training programs that meet the needs of unemployed individuals
🎯 The goal is not just to provide knowledge, but to empower, socially include, and ensure the meaningful participation of everyone in the future job market.
