Objectives:
• Target adult education centers to create neurodiversity awareness and improve the competences of educators
• Create awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace across the EU
• Employers more receptive to engaging with neurodivergent applicants
• Creation of inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent individuals can thrive
• Families will be aware and supportive of family members with neurodivergence issues
• Promote the protection of the rights of neurodiverse persons
