We are delighted to announce the launch of the European project ELIA<\/strong><\/a>, an ambitious and strategically important initiative aiming to transform the olive production sector across Europe.<\/p>\n

The project brings together a strong transnational consortium with partners from 7 countries<\/strong> (Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, and Turkey), sharing a common vision for the establishment of a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) in the olive sector.<\/p>\n

What ELIA aims to achieve:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Address key challenges such as climate change, digital transformation, and skills development<\/p>\n

– Develop innovative Vocational Education & Training (VET) programmes<\/p>\n

– Create micro-credentials aligned with European standards<\/p>\n

– Strengthen digital and green skills<\/p>\n

– Implement mobility and work-based learning initiatives<\/p>\n

Through close collaboration between education providers, businesses, and public authorities, ELIA aims to:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Boost innovation in rural areas<\/p>\n

OECON Group<\/strong> proudly participates as a partner in this important project, actively contributing to shaping the future of vocational education in the agri-food sector.<\/p>\n
