Education is key to promoting inclusion and neurodiversity in the workplace. When employers and employees understand the value of diversity and the needs of neurodiverse individuals, they can create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.<\/p>\n

OECON GROUP, through the European WIN project, offers targeted training for employers and employees, with the aim of developing inclusive skills and promoting an open and collaborative culture in the workplace.<\/p>\n

The objectives of WIN:<\/p>\n
