{"id":21306,"date":"2026-01-19T09:03:44","date_gmt":"2026-01-19T09:03:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.oecon.gr\/?p=21306"},"modified":"2026-01-19T09:03:44","modified_gmt":"2026-01-19T09:03:44","slug":"imminte-project-kick-off-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.oecon.gr\/en\/imminte-project-kick-off-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"IMMiNTE Project Kick-off Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 1st (Kick-off) Meeting of the European project <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecon.gr\/en\/europaika-programmata\/energa-programmata\/imminte-integrating-immigrants-into-the-tourism-and-hospitality-sector-in-the-eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IMMiNTE<\/a> \u2013 Integration of Migrants into the Tourism and Hospitality Sector in the EU<\/strong> was successfully held, marking the official launch of a collaborative initiative with a strong focus on inclusion, skills development, and employability.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, project partners focused on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the initial planning and organisational setup of the consortium<\/li>\n<li>defining the next implementation steps<\/li>\n<li>shaping the stakeholder engagement strategy, involving actors from the tourism and hospitality sectors, as well as migrants as the project\u2019s main target group<\/li>\n<li>outlining the communication and dissemination strategy of the IMMiNTE project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-21302 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oecon.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1350\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.oecon.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/3-1.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/www.oecon.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/3-1-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/www.oecon.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/3-1-819x1024.jpg 819w, https:\/\/www.oecon.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/3-1-768x960.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1080px) 100vw, 1080px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>IMMiNTE aims to develop an integrated Vocational Education and Training (VET) package, combining language training, sector-specific professional skills, and experiential learning through an interactive simulation-based educational game.
