From Farm to Hanger: The Green Journey of the Textile Industry<\/strong>
\ud83e\uddf5 Greece, with its deep tradition in cotton production and modern expertise in textiles, has all the tools to lead the transition toward a green and circular fashion industry.<\/p>\n

Through the European project SiT (Sustainability in Textiles)<\/strong><\/a>, SMEs and professionals in the sector gain the knowledge and tools to transform the way they produce and design products:<\/p>\n

Participants are trained in circular production practices \u2014 from selecting eco-friendly raw materials to optimizing energy efficiency throughout their processes. They learn how to integrate sustainable solutions at every stage of production.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Designing Long-Lasting Products<\/strong>
The project encourages the design of textiles and products that are more durable, easily repairable, and reusable. This reduces the need for new production and minimizes waste.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Adopting Tools to Reduce Environmental Impact<\/strong>
Through innovative methods and digital tools, businesses can monitor resource consumption, reduce chemical and water usage, and implement more responsible production practices.<\/p>\n
