Conference of the Erasmus+ project <strong>\u201cInclusive Apprenticeships for Sustainable Jobs\u201d,<\/strong> which will take place on 20 November 2025.<\/p>\n<p>This event marks the completion of the project activities and provides a space for dialogue and professional reflection among stakeholders in Vocational Education and Training (VET).<\/p>\n<p>The conference aims to highlight the partners\u2019 experiences and strengthen cooperation among organisations that support apprenticeship, mentoring, and inclusion in vocational training programmes.<\/p>\n<p>It will offer innovative, international perspectives, sharing results, good practices, and concrete solutions that can contribute to the modernisation and development of apprenticeship and mentoring programmes across Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conference Agenda Highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Opening session \u2013 Inclusive Apprenticeships: A Shared European Vision<br \/>\n\u2022 Presentation of project results by partners from Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania<br \/>\n\u2022 Three thematic panels on mentoring, inclusion, digitalisation, and sustainability<br \/>\n\u2022 Interactive sessions for href=\"https:\/\/www.oecon.gr\/en\/europaika-programmata\/energa-programmata\/inclusive-apprenticeships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Inclusive Apprenticeships for Sustainable Jobs<\/strong><\/a> is a project co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme \u2013 Cooperation Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training (VET), Project code: 2023-1-RO01-KA220-VET-000158142.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative focuses on developing practical, inclusive, and labour-market-relevant solutions for vocational training across Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Through joint activities in Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania, the partners have created a mentor training programme, an e-learning platform, and open educational resources for organisations active in education and employment.<\/p>\n<p>The project promotes the idea that inclusive apprenticeship goes beyond integration \u2014 it means recognising diversity and providing personalised support for
