What is Industry 4.0?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Industry 4.0<\/span><\/b> \u2013 also known as the <\/span>Fourth Industrial Revolution<\/span><\/b> \u2013 is radically transforming the way we live, work, and learn. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With rapid technological advancements, businesses are increasingly seeking employees with strong <\/span>digital skills<\/span><\/b> and the ability to <\/span>adapt<\/span><\/b>. Education must keep up.<\/span>
\n It needs to be transformed \u2014 encouraging <\/span>interdisciplinary thinking<\/span><\/b> and a <\/span>systems-based approach<\/span><\/b> across all learning environments, even in non-technical schools.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Specialization is giving way to <\/span>flexibility<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>holistic understanding<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
\nNew jobs are being created, new needs are emerging.<\/span>
