Neurodiversity & Employment: An Unfulfilled Promise<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Less than 10% of people on the autism spectrum are employed \u2014 and many of them hold low-paid or sheltered jobs, despite having high qualifications.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Among those who are employed, 43% require workplace support, but only 12% actually receive it, and just 13% consider the support effective.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u27a1 <\/span>These statistics highlight the urgent need for better support and meaningful inclusion in the workplace.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>WIN \u2013 Work Inclusion for Neurodiversity<\/span><\/b><\/a> project, in which <\/span>OECON GROUP<\/span><\/b> actively participates, aims to close this gap \u2014 offering practical solutions for inclusion, employer training, employee support, and greater visibility of neurodivergent individuals in the job market.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
