\n Campaigns that explain what autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent conditions are \u2014 aiming to dismantle myths and misconceptions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Programs that promote inclusive practices and foster understanding of the unique strengths and preferences of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2705 <\/span>Empowerment of Neurodivergent People<\/span><\/b>:<\/span>
\n Through mentoring, support, and tools that strengthen self-awareness, confidence, and self-advocacy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Adapting recruitment processes, communication styles, and workplace structures to fully leverage the potential of all employees.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
