OECON GROUP<\/strong> is participating in the European project SiT<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThrough SiT, we support the green transition in the TCLF sector (Textiles, Clothing, Leather & Footwear), creating new opportunities for sustainable development, innovation, and education at the local, national, and European levels.<\/p>\n

At the local level, we strengthen green practices through:
\n\u2714\ufe0f The creation of local ecosystems and green entrepreneurship labs
\n\u2714\ufe0f Partnerships between businesses, educational institutions, and research organizations
\n\u2714\ufe0f Supporting skills that enhance the sector\u2019s resilience<\/p>\n

At the national level, we empower Vocational Education and Training (VET) by:
\n\ud83d\udd39 Improving the effectiveness of existing practices
\n\ud83d\udd39 Building bridges between education, research, and the labor market
\n\ud83d\udd39 Integrating SiT methodologies into training programs, aiming at specialization, upskilling, and reskilling<\/p>\n

At the European level, we contribute to shaping the future by:
\nMapping the green skills of tomorrow
\nCreating sustainable cooperation frameworks
\nAdapting outcomes to VET and higher education systems across the EU<\/p>\n
