In the framework of the European project Inclusive Apprenticeships<\/strong><\/a>, we highlight the critical importance of supporting apprentices from vulnerable or disadvantaged backgrounds, in order to fully integrate them into vocational education and training.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Through the implementation of appropriate tools, guidance and training programmes, employers have the opportunity to:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Strengthen the role of mentors to effectively support young people and nurture their professional potential.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Create an accessible, safe and fair working environment in which all employees have equal opportunities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

OECON GROUP<\/strong>, through its participation in the Inclusive Apprenticeships project, actively promotes social inclusion in vocational education and training. At the same time, it develops innovative approaches and provides the necessary tools for employers and mentors to strengthen inclusive apprenticeships.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
