What if every young person had the support and opportunities to succeed professionally, regardless of their background? Inclusive Apprenticeships<\/em> is making this vision a reality!<\/p>\n

The OECON GROUP<\/strong> actively supports this program, which promotes vocational education and inclusion. It provides business mentors in dual VET environments and apprentices from vulnerable groups with the opportunity to develop their skills and integrate dynamically into the professional world.<\/p>\n

The program aims to strengthen social cohesion and ensure equal access to opportunities for all. It enables young people from diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds to participate in dual education programs and benefit from specialized support.<\/p>\n
