At OECON GROUP of Companies, we believe in the power of inclusion and equality for all communities. As we observe Roma Holocaust Memorial Day on August 2nd, we are reminded of the importance of fostering an environment where everyone, regardless of background, can thrive. PAL Konnect<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

The PAL Konnect project is a collaborative effort that brings together cultural, artistic, and research organizations to foster greater European awareness and empower individuals to embrace inclusion and diversity.
\nThe project focuses on equipping artists from socially inclusive groups with the skills and competencies needed to thrive in post-COVID-19 conditions and beyond. By supporting the presentation and promotion of their artworks,
\nPAL Konnect encourages these artists to innovate and collaborate across European countries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the core objectives of PAL Konnect is to enhance the visibility and appreciation of cultural and historical narratives from diverse communities. By sharing personal stories and historical events,
\n<\/span>the project seeks to increase public understanding and promote inclusion. This initiative not only supports the integration of these groups but also enriches the broader cultural tapestry of Europe.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

OUR STAGE<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

OUR STAGE is another cornerstone project under our umbrella, designed to create a more inclusive society and work environment for young Roma artists and travelers.
\nThis initiative provides a platform for these individuals to develop their skills, collaborate with non-Roma artists from various backgrounds, and express their unique cultural identities.
\nThrough co-creation and shared performances, OUR STAGE showcases the rich tapestry of Roma life, history, customs, and traditions.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
