We’re thrilled to announce the release of the “Implementing a New Role” guide, developed within the European Pride Network Lead project framework.<\/p>\n

This guide aims to offer essential insights on embedding the “Pride Network Leader” role within organizations.<\/p>\n

At OECON Group, through the European Pride Network Lead project, our goal is to create, promote, and evaluate a new professional archetype: the “Pride Network Leader”. This role is designed to provide support for the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ individuals in the workplace and to foster diversity and inclusion within organizations.<\/p>\n
