Pride Network Lead Project: 2<\/span><\/b>nd<\/span><\/b> Transnational Project Meeting in Greece, hosted under the organization of the 5<\/span><\/b>th<\/span><\/b> Female Entrepreneurial Week Conference<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On the 8th and 9th of November 2023, the partners of the Pride Network Lead project, which is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, held the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting in Thessaloniki, Greece. The meeting was organized by the partners from OECON Group (Greece) and officially hosted by the 5th Female Entrepreneurial Week, organized by the Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs – SEGE and powered by OECON. The Female Entrepreneurial Week is a four-day event that aims to promote female entrepreneurship and support women in business, as well as inclusion and cohesion in business for all gender identities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During the meeting, the partners discussed several things, elaborated on their milestones, and planned their next steps. Specifically, the partners have established everything regarding the professional role of the Pride Network Leader and will soon publish a comprehensive guide of good practices, professional profile, selection process guidelines, and implementation process rules.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The partners also planned their next activities, especially regarding the development of the syllabus, handbook, and toolbox for the Pride Network Leader. They are currently working on developing the training material for the future Pride Network Leader.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting was also a nice opportunity for networking, further promotion of the project within the business world, and towards several stakeholders from the VET sector as well.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
