It will create prototypes for different hotel departments, localized to partner countries, and utilize animated dialogues for effective intercultural education. In addition to web-based resources, a mobile application will be developed to provide 24&#215;7 access to education, accommodating the conditions in the post-Covid-19 hospitality sector. The project will also address the need for intercultural connection with Chinese and Russian guests, offering simple phrases and cultural information to adapt cultural behavior.
