
TSALTAMPASI APOSTOLINA
CEO
Ms. Tsaltampasi is the CEO of OECON GROUP, position she holds since the company’s establishment in 2003. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Macedonia; as well she is certified by national and international bodies in consulting service fields, such as Investment Advice by the SEC and by the International organization CIPE on Associations’ Organizational Management.
Ms. Tsaltampasi has great experience and expertise as she has participated and led to success some of the most successful projects of OECON GROUP. She is also a highly experienced speaker and frequent collaborator in business and trade publications. She has written articles for various newspapers and magazines worldwide. She has as well given interviews on TV and radio broadcasts of national and Europe-wide range.
Ms. Tsaltampasi was awarded in 2010 with the title of Female Entrepreneurship Ambassador by the European Commission for her dynamic activity in the promotion of female entrepreneurship; she operates as the Coordinator for the National Ambassador Network. Furthermore was awarded in 2014 with the title of Women Motivator in Mediterranean.
Furthermore Ms. Tsaltampasi actively supports the Women’s Entrepreneurship as Vice President of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs Greece (S.E.G.E.) from 2008. Furthermore she supports the Women’s Entrepreneurship also from the position of the Executive Secretary of the Inter-Balkan Network of Female Entrepreneurship and the Coordination for the Development of Women Entrepreneurs Network Black Sea-Atalanta.
She is also Head of the Exports Department of our company.

KOPANAROVA ELENA
EUROPEAN PROGRAMMES COOPERATION DEPARTMENT
Ms Kopanarova Elena is Head of the European Programs Cooperation Department. She has a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia and has a Certificate of specialization in Accounting and Tax from the Economic and Technical Institute IVAN ILIEV, Bulgaria.
Her promotion into Head of European Programs Cooperation Department was based on her experience and expertise in developing and implementing European programs. She often participates in meetings and conferences of European institutions and organizations. Indicative programs have been completed and Elena was the manager for the writing and implementations: SmartPA, Balkan Coalition, Thusaurus, Coaching and Cooperate Management Skills for Professional Development, VABpro Town Twinning.

TSANIS GIORGOS
EUROPEAN PROGRAMMES COOPERATION DEPARTMENT
Mr. Giorgos Tsanis works within the EU Funding Department. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations and Development from the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH), Greece and a Master of Science degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Groningen (RUG), the Netherlands.
Mr. Giorgos Tsanis conducts research, develops, manages and coordinates the implementation of European projects in cooperation with foreign and local Universities, Organizations and Enterprises. He also participates frequently in meetings of our partners abroad, representing Institutions of Greece.

KARPENISI VAIA
DEPARTMENT OF STUDIES & DEPARTMENT OF SUBSIDIES AND GRANTS
Ms Karpenisi Vaia has MBA in Informatics and Management from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and BA in Financial Studies from University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki.
Ms Karpenisi Vaia is Head in Research of Statistics providing information on the organization and management of business while having experience in managing information systems was appointed manager of CRM of the company. Furthermore, it is responsible for the active National program «E-Gas Station» and AMDIKA providing support and connecting of petrol stations with GSIS.

NAKOS SOTIRIOS
EXPORTS DEPARTMENT, DEPARTMENT OF STUDIES & DEPARTMENT OF SUBSIDIES AND GRANTS
Mr. Nakos Sotiris is a graduate of the department of Accounting and Finance of the University of Macedonia and a member of the department of Quality Assurance Standards Systems (ISO) and of the Subsidies & Grants department as he has extensive experience in the preparation and writing of international ISO standards and in the implementation and management of development programs’ projects. He is also a member of the Exports department.

Mr. Karageorgiou Giorgos is a graduate of the department of Accounting and Finance of the University of Macedonia and a member of the Subsidies & Grants and the Quality Assurance Standards Systems (ISO) departments as is experienced in the implementation and management of development programs’ projects.

IOANNIDOU ATHANASIA (NASIA)

Mrs. Nasia Ioannidou is an executive consultant of the EU Funding Department. She holds a bachelor degree in Philology from the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Ioannina and she is an Adult Educator, registered in the common register of Adult Educators of the School of Lifelong Learning of TEI of Crete and the Technical Schools of the Chamber of Heraklion.
Mrs. Ioannidou is working on the preparation, management, implementation and administration of European co-financed projects. She collaborates with social organizations and specializes in female entrepreneurship and women’s economic empowerment.

Dr Georgios Ntinas is an Associate Researcher and head of the Sustainable Agricultural Structures & Renewable Energy Resources Lab at the Institute of Plant Breeding and Genetic Resources of the Hellenic Agricultural Organization – Dimitra. He holds PhD in Agricultural Engineering from the Faculty of Agriculture, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) and has worked as postdoctoral researcher at the University of Aarhus Denmark (AU), Technical University of Munich, Germany (TUM) and the National Institute of Agricultural Research in Versailles, France (INRAe).

EVANTHIA STAVROU
ART COMMUNITY EXPERT
Ms. Stavrou is a creative sociocultural entrepreneur, visual artist, activist and educator with an emphasis on holistic, inclusive education. He is a member of the group of cultural advisors for the European Capitals of Culture specializing in multidisciplinary festivals. Since 2013 she is the artistic director of artistic and cultural programs at FIX in art, and since 2016 she has also been president of the Association. As president of FIX in art, she plays a primary role in the management of event planning, the development and sustainability of the Project, the search and creation of symbiotic relationships, the staffing of the space and is always the spearhead for networking with the local and international community through artist residencies, events, participation in conferences and public consultations.
